我国土地城镇化的时空特征及机理研究

摘要

Based on the provincial data from 2000 to 2012, this paper analyzed the spatio-temporal character-istic and influence mechanism of land urbanization .The result indicates that: (1)the urban build-up area scale and land urbanization level were increased significantly , however, the difference among provinces were obvious , provin-cial spatial pattern of build-up area and land urbanization level showing the remarkable peak effect ;(2)land urbani-zation was faster than population urbanization , but the difference among provinces were obvious ;(3)relative to the spatial pattern of land urbanization level , spatial pattern of provincial build -up area was more similar to the spatial pattern of GDP; (4) economic growth, land revenue, land target, land resources and the current land expropria -tion system were the main factors causing the change .%为了探索我国土地城镇化规律，基于2000-2012年省级数据，运用统计分析法研究了我国土地城镇化的时空特征及机理。研究表明，全国和各个省份的城镇建成区与土地城镇化水平均有大幅增长，但省际差异较大，空间格局上呈现出显著的峰值效应；土地城镇化快于人口城镇化，且省际差异明显；相对于土地城镇化水平空间格局而言，省级城市建成区规模空间格局与 GDP 的空间格局更为相似；经济增长、土地财政、用地指标、土地资源禀赋及现行土地征收制度是造成这种变化的主要影响因素。
