This paper analyzes the spatial pattern of focus and response of the Belt and Road Initiative(B&R) in China based on Sina Micro-blog's data.The methodology of the analysis lies in text mining and spatial autocorre-lation model.The result shows that:(1)Provincial focus of B&R presents the spatial pattern of"One District and Two Belts".Municipal focus of B&R considers more on cities in the eastern coastal regions and midwest regions, especially node-cities and regional central cities,and its focus degree shows an overall positive spatial autocorrela-tion.(2)Provincial response to B&R demonstrates a decreased distribution from west to east,while municipal re-sponse shows the spatial pattern of"Two Horizontal and Three Vertical Axes", in accordance with urbanization strategy.Particularly,the response degree is higher in central cities of urban agglomerations than edge cities.(3) The matching degree of focus and response demonstrates distinct differences in regions, divided by Lanzhou-Li-anyungang Railway.Most cities alongside the railway and eastern coastal regions show higher focus degree than re -sponse degree,whereas most cities to the north of the railway show the opposite.Based on these conclusions, the author suggests that future policy should pay more attention to stimulating edge cities' motivation and involvement, so as to guide the focus optimization of B&R.%基于新浪微博数据,通过文本挖掘、空间自相关分析等方法,从倡议关注与倡议响应两个角度分析"一带一路"倡议的空间格局.结果表明:(1)倡议关注在省域尺度上呈现"一区两带"的空间格局,在城市尺度上倾斜于东部沿海及中西部城市,尤其是倡议节点和区域性的中心城市,且关注度总体存在正的空间自相关;(2)倡议响应在省域尺度上表现出自西向东梯度减弱趋势,在城市尺度上呈现"两横三纵"的空间格局,与城市化战略格局一致,且城市群核心城市响应积极;(3)倡议关注与响应的匹配程度以陇海铁路为分界表现出区域性特征,沿线及东部沿海的部分城市关注高于响应,而铁路以北的部分城市响应高于关注.结合研究结果,讨论并提出了加强边缘城市参与积极性、优化倡议引导空间结构的政策建议.
