被动式超低能耗建筑保温系统在既有改造项目中的应用研究

摘要

以中国建材超低能耗建筑北京展示中心项目为例,介绍既有建筑进行被动式超低能耗改造中保温系统的设计和施工方法.阐述在改造前的现状及进行被动式超低能耗建筑改造需解决的问题,通过对保温系统各部位设计和施工做法的研究,分析了各保温材料的特点及选材时需注意的事项.通过对泡沫玻璃与防水卷材的力学性能测试,尝试在屋顶选用泡沫玻璃作为保温材料进行被动房屋顶设计.%Take the China national building materials group ultra-low energy consumption building Beijing exhibition center as an example, introduces the design and construction method of the insulation system in the passive house. Introduced the project status before the transformation and the problem need to solve of passive house renovation. Through the study of various parts of the insulation system design and construction practices, analysis the characteristics of the insulation materials and the precautions at choose material. Through the testing of the mechanical properties of foam glass and waterproofing membrane, try to use foam glass on the roof as a thermal insulation material for passive house roof design.
