A passive vehicle cabin insulation method with constant temperature and ultra-low energy consumption. It accomplishes this through the implementation of several special features in different parts of the vehicle. These features include a layer of efficient heat insulation material, an airtight casing, windows insulated with multiple layers of vacuum, energy-saving, laminated glass, an anti-UV heat insulation coating, an efficient fresh air circulation and heat recovery system, a “broken bridge” structural design, and an anti-fog and hazy air purification system. The method insulates the vehicle sufficiently to deal with the heat of summer and the cold of winter. It also makes full use of passive renewable energy, and maintains a healthy and comfortable driving environment within the vehicle. Specifically, it maintains a constant temperature, constant humidity, constant oxygen levels, constant levels of air purity, and low noise, all while consuming a minimal amount of energy.
