水下卡爪式连接器安装工具设计研究

     

摘要

在海洋石油管线连接中多采用卡爪式连接等机械连接方式,针对此类连接器的安装与维护,设计了一套水下卡爪式连接器安装工具。对此安装工具进行了机械结构的设计,并将其工作过程分为下放、软着陆、加载、二次锁紧、回收五个步骤,将安装工具各部件在工作过程中的作用进行了介绍。针对安装工具关键受力部件在工作过程中受力变化的问题,采用分步分析的方法,找出各个部件在工作过程中受力最大的步骤,建立模型,找出各个部件的受力位置并对其施加约束,从而进行有限元分析,得到各个部件的应力及应变。将数据与其所用材料Q345-D的力学性能相比,完全符合设备的工作要求。%Collet connector is one of the mechanical connectors that are widely used in the ocean oil pipeline con-nections.A set of running tools is designed for installation and maintenance of this type of connectors .The mechani-cal structure of the tool is designed , and its work process is divided into five steps:lowering , soft landing , load-ing, secondary locking and retrieving .The function of running tool's parts in the work process is described .For the problem that the load acting on the key parts changes during the work progress , the method of step analysis is used to find out steps in which key parts are under maximum load and a model is built to find out the position of maxi -mum load and constraint of key parts .Based on the above data ,the finite element analysis is carried out , obtaining the stress and strain of key parts .Compared with the mechanical properties of material Q 345-D, the results fully comply with the work requirements of the device .
