用异丙醇提取桦褐孔菌中三萜类化合物，考察了物料比、提取温度、提取时间对桦褐孔菌中总三萜得率的影响。结果表明，最佳提取条件为：物料比1：10 g/mL，提取温度80℃，提取时间2 h。在此条件下，得率达1.42%。%Using isopropanol to extracted triterpenoids from Inonotus obliquus,the effect of material ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield were investigated. The results showed that,the op-timal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1 :10 g/mL,extracting at 80 ℃ for 2 h. Un-der this condition,the yield rate was up to 1. 42%.
