基于微萃取与折光率的防冰添加剂含量测量方法研究

     

摘要

利用微流控芯片以蒸馏水快速动态萃取喷气燃料中防冰添加剂,测定其折光率,建立了折光率和防冰添加剂含量的一元线性模型y =1.333 +0.0371x.利用该模型可知喷气燃料中防冰添加剂的浓度,结果与GB/T 1794—1979(2004)的测量值比较,误差0.61%~2.80%.方法具有检测速度快、操作简单和连续性高等优点,能够满足部队快速检测防冰添加剂含量和实施高效率保障的要求,为防冰添加剂含量在线测量提供了方法.%The research achieves implementation of distilled water for the anti-icing additive fast dynamic extraction of jet fuel by using microfluidic chip.Only change the concentration,based on refractive index measurement,the simple linear regression model(y=1.333+0.037 1x)between concentration and refrac-tive index was established.Then this paper made a comparison with the GB/T 1794—1979(2004)standard the error is 0.61%~2.80%.The method has the advantages of fast detection speed,simple operation and high continuity.It can meet the requirement of rapid detection of the anti-icing additive content and the implementation of high efficiency protection.Besides,it also provided a method for on-line measurement.
