基于复杂系统理论的应急模拟演练平台研究

摘要

This paper put forward a technical scenario based on complex system theory and methods, and discussed the functions of five key technical factors: crowd, traffic, micro geography, emergent affairs and exercise computer room to structure virtual emergency sites. Analyzed the importance of complex system theory and technology to construct emergency information system theoretically.%给出了以复杂系统理论为核心的应急管理信息系统建设的技术路线和方案, 探讨了人群、交通流、微观地理环境、突发事件以及演练机房五个关键技术因素对构建虚拟现场的作用.从理论上分析了复杂系统理论和技术在应急管理信息系统建设中的重要性.
