慢性肾功能衰竭合并肿瘤患者应用透析联合缬沙坦的效果及其对生存时间的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with valsartan for the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure combined with tumor. Methods 92 patients with chronic renal failure combined with tumor were selected in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2017. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group and research group. The patients in control group were treated with hemodialysis, and the patients in research group were treated with hemodialysis combined with valsartan. The effective rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after treatment. The renal function contrast after treatment and the survival rate within five years after operation were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative anemia, hypertension, heart failure and aluminum poisoning complication rate of patients in research group were significantly lower than these in the control group (P<0.05); the renal function indexes of patients in the two groups had no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05) after treatment, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of patients in research group were significantly lower than these in the control group (P<0.05), creatinine level was increased significantly in the research group compared with that in the control group (P<0.05); three years, five years survival rate of patients in the research group after treatment were significantly higher than these in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with valsartan can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, renal function, and the survival time of patients with chronic renal failure and tumor. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.%目的 探讨慢性肾功能衰竭合并肿瘤患者应用透析联合缬沙坦治疗的临床效果及对患者生存时间的影响.方法选取我院收治的92例慢性肾功能衰竭合并肿瘤患者,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组.对照组应用透析治疗,研究组应用透析联合缬沙坦治疗.分析对比治疗后两组患者的治疗有效率、并发症发生率、肾功能指标和5年内生存率.结果治疗后研究组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组贫血、高血压、铝中毒和心力衰竭发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者肾功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血清肌酐、尿素氮水平显著降低,且研究组降低幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),内生肌酐水平显著提高,且研究组提高幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组3年内、5年内生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 慢性肾功能衰竭合并肿瘤患者应用透析联合缬沙坦治疗可明显提高治疗有效率,改善患者肾功能,延长生存时间.
