62例多发性骨髓瘤的髓象分析

摘要

Aim To analyze the characters of bone marrow,to differentiate and diagnose the multiple myeloma (MM) and the reactive rnplasmacytosis (RP). Method Retrospective study was applied to analyze the bone marrow of 62 multiple myeloma cases and 15 reactive rnplasmacytosis cases,finding out the difference between them. Results There were significant differences (P ＜0.05) between MM and rnRP in plasmacyte shape and every stage. There were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) between MM and RP in osteoclast quantity and inrncidence of ostalgia. Conclusion Correct analysis of the plasmacyte ,the osteoclast in bone marrow and clinical manifestation is essential rnto MM and RP differentiation and diagnosis.%目的 通过对骨髓象特征的分析,鉴别诊断多发性骨髓瘤(MM)与反应性浆细胞增多症(RP).方法 对62例多发性骨髓瘤与15例反应性浆细胞增多症患者的骨髓象进行回顾性分析,找出其间的不同点.结果 MM组与RP组骨髓象中各阶段的浆细胞比例及形态均差异有显著性(P<0.05);MM组与RP组髓象中破骨细胞数量及临床骨痛发生率均差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 对髓象中浆细胞及破骨细胞数量与形态的正确分析并结合临床表现有助于MM与RP的鉴别诊断.
