非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎支原体感染及耐药性分析

         

摘要

Objective To find out the status about detection and drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum( Uu ) and mycoplasma homi-nis( Mh ) among patients with nongonococcal urethritis( NGU ). Methods A total of 853 specimens from the nongonococcal urethritis patients were collected, cultured and tested for drug sensitivity. Results In 853 samples of nongonococcal urethritis patients,494 samples cultured of mycoplasma were positive, and the positive rate was 57. 9% . Among these cases,320 samples( 37. 5 % ) were Uu positive, 72 samples( 8. 4% ) Mh positive, 102 samples( 12. 0% ) Uu + Mh positive. In the drug sensitive test,Uu and Mh were most sensitive to Josamycin and Doxycycline respectively. To Erythromycin and Roxithromycin, they had the highest level of drug resistance respectively. Uu + Mh were most sensitive to Mincycline and most resistant to Roxithromycin. Conclusion The major mycoplasma of the nongonococcal urethritis were Uu. Josamycin, Doxycycline, Mincycline and Clarithromycin may be preferred drugs selected to treat mycoplasma infection. The clinical therapy of mycoplasma infection ought to choose the appropriate antibiotics based on the results of the drug sensitive test of the laboratory.%目的 了解解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)在非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎(NGU)中的检出率及耐药性分析.方法 对853例NGU患者尿道或阴道分泌物进行支原体培养鉴定和药敏试验.结果 853例送检标本中,有494例支原体(My)培养阳性,阳性率为57.9%;其中Uu阳性320例占37.5%;Mh阳性72例占8.4%;Uu和Mh混合阳性102例占12.0%;Uu及Mh两型支原体的敏感率最高的药物分别是交沙霉素、强力霉素;两型支原体耐药率最高的药物分别是红霉素、罗红霉素.Uu+Mh混合感染耐药率最高和最低的抗菌药物罗红霉素和美满霉素.结论 非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎支原体培养中以Uu为主;支原体感染对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素和克拉霉素的敏感性较高.临床上支原体感染的治疗应根据实验室的药敏结果选择合适的抗菌药物.
