Objective To evaluate the application of the antibiotics in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital during the period of 2008-2011 ,in order to provide a reference for clinical applications. Methods By retrospective method,the utilization of the antibiotics in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital during the period of 2008-2011 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum,consumption amount,DDDs and DDC. Results The proportion of the antibiotic consumption sum in total sum was about 30% , while the prescription accounted for 20% with little change during the four years. And oral dosage form was primarily used, including penicillins , cephalosporins and macrolide antibiotics. The order of the DDDs showed that amoxicillin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid decreased, while there was a significant increase in cefaclor and cefdinir. Conclusion The utilization of the antibiotics in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital is basically reasonable.%目的 评价该院2008-2011年抗菌药物在儿科门诊中的应用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考.方法 采用回顾性方法,对该院2008-2011年儿科门诊中抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析.结果 该院儿科门诊抗菌药物销售金额占儿科药品总销售金额的30%左右,处方量约占总处方量的20%,4年来比例变化不大,且以口服剂型为主,主要包括青霉素类、头孢菌素类以及大环内酯类抗生素.DDDs排名显示,阿莫西林及阿莫西林/克拉维酸用药频度减少,而以头孢克洛为代表的2代头孢以及以头孢地尼为代表的3代头孢的用药频度显著增加.结论 该院儿科门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理.
