二磷酸盐治疗类风湿性关节炎作用机制研究进展

摘要

As a treatment choice of osteoporosis,bisphosphonates has been found effective in rheumatoid arthritis therapy.The main mechanism is regulation of osteoclasia through differentiation inhibition of osteoclast.Mevalonate pathway is another target of bisphos-phonates,which is associated with inflammation.In this paper,the mechanism of bisphosphonates in rheumatoid arthritis would be sum-marized through osteoclasia,inflammation and cartilage injury aspects.%二磷酸盐作为治疗骨质疏松的药物，在临床治疗类风湿性关节炎亦有一定的效果，主要机制为抑制破骨细胞分化调节骨破坏。而二磷酸盐亦能通过调节羟甲戊酸途径达到治疗效果，研究表明该途径与炎症有一定关系。该文从骨破坏、炎症、软骨损伤出发，就二磷酸盐治疗类风湿性关节炎的机制研究进行综述。
