经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后支架内再狭窄的研究进展

摘要

In-stent restenosis is an important medical problem in interventional therapy,and also a research hotspot.Its main mechanism includes hyperplasia of smooth muscle,remodeling of the vascular wall and inflammatory reaction and so on.There are several methods to prevent in-stent restenosis depending on proper exercise,quit smoking,limiting use of alcohol and antiplatelet drugs,drug-eluting stents reimplantation and new material stents application etc..The research progress of in-stent restenosis after PCI was summarize in the paper.%支架内再狭窄是冠心病介入治疗中面临的重大医学难题，也是研究的热点，其主要发生机制是平滑肌过度增生，血管壁的重塑，炎性反应等。防治支架内再狭窄的方法有生活方式的改变，抗血小板药物的应用，支架的再植入，新型支架材料的应用等。现就支架内再狭窄的研究进展予以综述。
