安庆地区人群体外过敏原IgE抗体检测回顾分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the risk factors of allergic diseases in AnQing. Methods The patients serum level of total lgE and allergen-specific IgE were detected by IVT test system made in Amerian,including 6 inhale allergen specific lgE and 7 edible allergen specific lgE. Results Among these 731 eases with patient serum,the positive rate of total lgE was 70.73％。 In the inhale allergen group, the highest positive rate of allergen was mites 17.51％.In the food allergen group,the higheast positive rate of allergen was eggs 8.21％. Conclusion The main inhale allergens are mites ,the main food allergens are eggs in Anqing.%目的 分析安庆地区变态反应性疾病患者的过敏原种类.方法 采用美国生产的IVT过敏原检测试剂检测患者血清总IgE抗体和过敏原特异性IgE抗体的水平.其中吸入性过敏原特异性IgE抗体6项,食入性过敏原特异性IgE抗体7项.结果 在731例检测标本中,总IgE阳性患者占70.73%;对于特异性的IgE,吸入组中以屋尘(17.51%)的阳性率最高;食入组中鸡蛋(8.21%)的阳性率最高.结论吸入组中屋尘和食入组中鸡蛋是安庆地区引起变态反应性疾病的主要过敏原.
