目的 了解体外受精-胚胎移植( in vitro fertilization - embyro transfer,IVF - ET)治疗后发生早期自然流产的相关因素.方法 选择2008年4月到2010年1月接受体外受精-胚胎移植助孕后临床妊娠691例(排除宫外孕43例),按妊娠结局不同分为A、B两组,A组为自然流产组80例；B组为继续妊娠组611例,比较两组间的一般资料.结果 辅助技术治疗后的早期自然流产发生率11.6％,流产组患者年龄和体质量指数较继续妊娠组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；基础窦卵数少于继续妊娠组,基础FSH水平高于继续妊娠组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对不孕夫妇应该尽早接受辅助生殖技术治疗,同时鼓励肥胖患者在接受ART治疗前减轻体质量.%Objective To analyze the related factors of early spontaneous abortion after treatment of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer (IVF - ET). Methods In this medical centre, 691 cases of clinical pregnancy in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer pregnancy outcome from April 2008 to January 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. According to pregnancy outcome, cases were divided into group A, B, A group of 80 cases of natural abortion; B group of 611 cases of continued pregnancy. The general information was compared. Results The rate of early spontaneous abortion after assisted technology treatment was 11.6% , age and body mass index of abortion patients in natural abortion group were higher than those in continued pregnancy group, and the difference was significant (P <0. 05) ; the basis of FSH levels was higher in abortion group than in continued pregnancy group, and the difference was significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Infertile couples should receive assisted reproductive technology treatment as soon as possible, while obese patients are encouraged to lose weight before receiving ART treatment.
