目的：了解医学专科生人际信任的现状及影响因素，为后期的干预提供理论依据。方法采用随机抽样和整群抽样相结合的抽样方法，用自行设计，经预调查、专家咨询后修改的调查表进行基本信息的搜集，以及用公认的人际信任量表（inter-personal trust scale，ITS）和生活满意度量表分别进行人际信任状况和生活满意度状况的评估。结果本次研究共发放600份问卷，其中回收合格的为582份。研究结果显示医学专科生总体人际信任得分为（79．07±8．48）分，略高于中值75分。在居住情况、宿舍成员个数、与宿舍成员间、同学间及老师的关系、自我评价成绩情况以及每天上网的时间等因素上人际信任得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；人际信任与生活满意度存在中等程度的正相关性（r＝0．38，P＜0．05）。结论医学专科生的人际信任处在中等水平。被试者的居住情况，与他人的人际关系，自我感觉学习压力大小以及每天上网时间等因素可能是影响医学专科生人际信任的重要因素。%Objective Study the status and the factors which influent interpersonal trust among medical students,in order to acquire the theoretical basis for the post-intervention applied on them.Methods Using random sampling method and cluster sampling combining with our own design,pre-survey,modified after consultation questionnaire to collect basic information,as well as interpersonal trust with a recog-nized scale (interpersonal trust scale,ITS)and life Satisfaction Scale were evaluated interpersonal trust status and living conditions of satis-faction.Results We totally investigated 600 questionnaires,of which 582 qualified for the recovery.The results showed that students in gen-eral medicine specialist interpersonal trust score of(79.07 ±8.48),slightly higher than the value of 75 points.In residence,the number of members of the dormitory,the relationship among dormitory members,between students and teachers,self-evaluation results as well as access to the Internet daily time on interpersonal trust score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 );interpersonal trust and life satisfac-tion,the presence of a moderate positive correlation (r=0.38,P<0.05 ).Conclusion The level of interpersonal trust at middle among medical students.The relationship with others,the pressure of learning and the daily online time may be an important factor in interpersonal trust.
