乳腺X线与超声诊断老年乳腺癌的临床意义

摘要

Objective To summarize and analyze ultrasonic and mammographic image signature in elderly breast .Methods Fifty-nine elderly breast masses were collected.The mammographic,ultrasonic and clinical findings were retrospectively analyzed ,and the common diseases,which may cause elderly breast masses were summarized .Results Identification rate showed no difference between ultrasonic and mammographic diagnosis in elderly breast cancer patients (P>0.05).Calcification identification rate was more sensitive in mammographic image(P<0.05).Mammographic image examination combined with ultrasonic could improve the accurate diagnosis of elderly breast cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion Mammographic image and ultrasonic signature are obvious in elderly patients with breast cancer ,and more patients have lymph node metastasis .It is necessary to combine ultrasonic with mammographic examination to improve the risk assessment for elderly breast cancer patients before operation .%目的：总结分析乳腺X线与超声在老年乳腺癌诊断中的特点与价值。方法收集59例老年乳腺癌患者，回顾性分析其乳腺X线与超声表现及临床特点。结果乳腺X线与超声对老年乳腺癌的检出率差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），但乳腺X线对老年乳腺癌钙化的检出率高于超声，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。乳腺 X 线与超声联合检查老年乳腺癌的检出率为98.31％，明显高于单独X线或超声的检出率（ P＜0.05）。结论老年乳腺癌术前X线与超声检查图像特征典型，较多患者发现淋巴结转移，术前联合X线与超声检查可为老年乳腺癌的术前诊断提供预警和充分的风险评估。
