应用型人才培养模式下二级教学运行管理机制的优化

摘要

随着办学规模的扩大，很多高校都已实行校院二级教学管理模式，初见成效，但各学院在推进二级教学管理过程中也逐渐出现一些问题和弊端，影响着本学院的教育教学质量。该文提出了从学院特色或专业特点出发，优化管理体制，完善管理制度，提升人员素质，构建科学、规范、合理的二级教学管理机制。%With the expansion of school,many universities have implemented two level teaching management mod-el and have achieved initial success. But during the course of promoting the two level teaching management ,it al-so gradually appears some problems and drawbacks,which affect the college teaching quality. This article pro-posed that we should start from the characteristics of college or professional characteristics,optimize the manage-ment system,improve the management system,improve the quality of personnel to construct a scientific,ratio-nal,standardized teaching management mechanism.
