医学院校人文素质公共选修课现状与对策

         

摘要

By stratified random sampling to investigate the humanistic public elective courses in a medical college in Guizhou Province,the results show that lacking of course selection guide,imperfect assessment method,higher arbitraty of curriculum setting,ignoring the importance of curriculum by teachers,lacking of quality supervision mechanism are principal reasons of inadequate of curriculum setting,actual teaching less,and lower quality of teaching. There are some measures which could promote the construction of hum⁃nistic pubilc elective courses. Setting the curriculum should base the requirement of students,making incen⁃tive measures to encourage the establish of courses,enhancing the supervision of teaching and the guide of course selection and improving the assessment method.%通过分层随机抽样方法,调查了贵州某医学院校人文素质公共选修课现状。结果表明:缺乏选课指导、考核方式不足、课程开设随意性大、教师对课程重视程度不够、缺乏质量监督机制等是人文素质公共选修课开设数量不足、实际开课课程少、教学质量不高的主要原因。因此,学校在课程开设时,通过以学生需求为本、制定激励措施鼓励教师开课、加强教学督导检查和选课指导、完善课程考核方式等措施,有利于促进高校人文素质公共选修课的建设。
