丙烯中微量烃类杂质的色谱分析方法研究

         

摘要

A method was established for quantitative analysis of 21 kinds of hydrocarbon impurities in propylene by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector. A HP-PLOT A1_2O_3 capillary column (50m×0. 5 mm, 15Um) was used. Standard gases were diluted by a dynamic gas diluting device. The external standard curves (<1 × 10~6, V/V) were plotted by using diluted gases. The results show that the method is accurate and presics. The RSDs of all impurities are less than 2% , the average recoveries are in the range of 81 % ~114% and the lowest detection limits are less than 1 × 10~(-6) (V/V). This method provides a efficient, accurate and fast way for the determination of hydrocarbon impurities in propylene.%建立了气相色谱仪测定丙烯中21种烃类杂质含量的定量分析方法.实验采用配备FID检测器的Agilent 6890N型气相色谱仪,选用50m×0.53mm×15 μm的HP-PLOT AL_2O_3 "S"型毛细管色谱柱.利用动态气体稀释仪稀释标准气,测定并绘制外标曲线(浓度小于1×10~(-6)(v/v)).结果表明此分析方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,各组分的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2%,加标回收率为81%~114%,最低检出限小于1×10~(-6)(体积分数),从而为丙烯中烃类杂质含量的测定提供了一种高效、准确、快速的分析方法.
