采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对地质样品中的锗进行测定,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对测定结果进行不确定度评定。分析了不确定度的来源,对影响不确定度的各分量进行量化,并计算得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,最大的不确定度来源于标准曲线的制备过程。当样品中锗的含量为2.0027μg/g时,其扩展不确定度(k=2)为0.1234μg/g。%Germanium was measured by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry in geo-logical samples. The uncertainty of the measurement results were evaluated based on Uncertainty Evalua-tion and Denotation of the Measurement Results. The sources of uncertainty were analyzed ,each compo-nent affected uncertainty was quantified ,and the standard and expanded uncertainty were gained. When the content of germanium in testing sample was 2.0027μg/g ,the expanded uncertainty was 0.1234μg/g(k=2).
