在线自控预还原—砷化氢发生—原子荧光光谱法快速测定血清样品中总砷

         

摘要

After the clinical serum sample was digested by microwave-assisted digestion system, an automatic on-line pre-reductor was attempted for pre-reduction of As (V) into As(III), which may possibly present in the serum sample(100g·L-1 thiourea and 50g · L-1 ascorbic acid was used as the reductant). After then, the total inorganic arsenic concentration of the serum sample was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescent spectrometry (HG-AFS). The on-line pre-reductor-HG-AFS procedure has been attempted for the analysis of the patients' serum sample, which has the advantages of being convenient, efficient, accurate.%人体血清样品经微波消解预处理后,以100 g·L-1硫脲-50 g·L-1抗坏血酸溶液为预还原剂,使样品中As(V)在线预还原为As(Ⅲ),然后与氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法联用,以快速测定血清样品中总砷.过程简便、快速,结果准确可靠.
