大豆中大豆油不同提取方法的比较研究

摘要

Soybean oil in soybean was extracted by the accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and Soxhlet extraction method while the accuracy of extraction was compared.The merits of the accelerated solvent extraction method were highlighted,including the high degree of automation,high extraction efficiency,good purification effect,favorable precision,short-time consuming,etc.The results showed that the accelerated solvent extraction was suitable for mass laboratory work of extraction of vegetable oil.%使用快速溶剂萃取法(APLE)、索氏提取法(Soxhlet extractor method)提取大豆中的大豆油,并对提取的精确度进行对比.该方法突出了快速溶剂萃取法具有自动化程度高,萃取效率高、净化效果好、精密度好、分析快速等优点,适用于实验室大批量提取植物油的工作.
