X荧光光谱指纹技术鉴别粉类化妆品品质的方法

摘要

建立了一种采用能量色散X荧光光谱指纹识别技术鉴别粉类化妆品品质的方法,该方法制样简便、检测周期短、环保节能、无损测量,指纹图谱专一专属,可用于快速鉴别粉类化妆品的真伪以及对产品质量进行控制.采用粉类基质的化妆品真品作为标准品,利用Omnian软件系统无标定量分析标准品建立特征元素的指纹识别方法,通过量的积累建立粉类化妆品标准品的标准指纹图谱库.测量样品图谱与标准指纹图谱库进行图谱分析,通过相似度阈值判定获得粉类化妆品的真伪鉴别结果.%Adopting the pow der matrix cosmetics genuine sample as standard material,feature elemen-tal fingerprint identification method was established by the use of Omnian software system. The cosmetics genuine standard fingerprint library was established through the accumulation of the standard fingerprints. The spectrum of cosmetics samples were obtained by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and the fingerprints were analyzed and compared with the standard fingerprints. The similarity threshold was used to determine the authenticity of the cosmetics.
