在7055铝合金表面通过原位晶化法制备了高硅ZSM-5沸石涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)对涂层形貌、物相和化学成分进行观察分析,通过极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗(EIS)对涂层的耐蚀性进行评价。结果表明ZSM-5沸石分子筛涂层能为7055基体提供优异的防护性能,并通过腐蚀后样品形貌及腐蚀产物组成分析了涂层腐蚀破坏机理。%A ZSM-5 zeolite coating was prepared by in situ crystallization on 7055 aluminum alloy surface. The surface morphologies, composition of phase and chemical of zeolite coating were examined by scaning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDS); the corrosion resistance of coating were valued by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrochemical polarization test, and the coating showed to be highly corrosion resistant in pitting aggressive solution, and the corrosion mechanism of coating was discussed in this article.
