组织学习对大学隐性知识创新效应研究--《大学隐性知识管理研究》书评

     

摘要

组织学习和知识创新是当前学术界的研究热点,但是国内外学者尚未真正展开对组织学习与隐性知识创新关系的研究。《大学隐性知识管理研究》一书从大学组织学习与隐性知识的关系、隐性知识交流和共享的障碍分析、隐性知识交流和共享过程的知识转化、隐性知识交流和共享的组织资本等方面探讨了大学组织学习促进隐性知识创新的效应。这些问题的研究不仅对知识管理理论的发展具有学术价值,而且对组织知识管理的有效实施、组织自主创新与核心竞争力的培养都有着重要的现实意义。%Organizational learning and knowledge innovation are the hot topics in current academic circles, but scholars have not yet studied the relationship between organizational learning and tacit knowledge innovation deeply. In the research on the management of tacit knowledge in universities, the effect of organizational learning on promoting tacit knowledge innovation was studied, including the relationship between organizational learning and tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge exchange and sharing, knowledge transferring, tacit knowledge exchange and sharing of organizational capital. The research of these problems did not only have the academic value for the development of knowledge management theory, but also had important practical significance for the effective implementation of organization knowledge management, and the cultivation of organization’s independent innovation and core competence.
