基于PDM系统的设计制造一体化应用研究

摘要

提出基于PDM系统的设计制造一体化应用研究方向,重点阐述了以PDM系统为中心的数字化集成制造体系,内容涵盖设计制造协同、PBOM 管理、工艺任务分工、产品技术状态管理、多系统集成等方面的研究应用.通过系统实现,证明了研究内容的可行性,可对航天军工行业的数字化协同设计和数字化工艺集成制造提供有益的借鉴和思路.%This paper proposes the integrated application research direction of design and manufacturing based on PDM system, and focuses on the digital integrated manufacturing with PDM system as the center, covering the design and manufacture of collaborative, PBOM management, technology division of tasks, product configuration management, multi-system integration and other research application aspects. The realization of the system proves the feasibility of research content, which may provides a reference and thinking of digital co-design and digital integrated manufacturing processes for aerospace military manufacturing enterprises.
