针对固体火箭发动机装药常见的气孔缺陷,利用线性粘弹性有限元方法和surface-based fluid cavities技术,建立了发动机三维有限元模型,分别研究了发动机点火增压过程中气孔大小和气孔内流体压力对装药结构完整性影响。结果显示,装药气孔周围存在应力集中,气孔内初始压强越大,气孔周围应力集中现象越弱;气孔直径越大,气孔周围应力集中越严重。%Using linear viscoelastic finite element method and surface-based fluid cavities technology for a solid rocket motor with grain cavies ,a three dimensinal finite element model is established .The size and the pressure influence of the cavities on the structure integrity are worked out .As a result , there is stress concentration around the cavity , and the phenomenon become weaker when the initial pressure of the cavity raises .In addition ,as the diameter of the cavity increases the stress concentration gets much stronger .
