气相色谱法测定水中吡虫啉和氟虫腈

摘要

采用液液萃取、气相色谱氮磷检测器同时测定水中吡虫啉和氟虫腈,以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,考察了提取酸碱条件的影响.吡虫啉和氟虫腈分别在1.00 mg/L ～ 20.0 mg/L和0.500 mg/L-10.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限分别为0.018 mg/L和0.004 mg/L(按取样体积200 mL,定容体积5 mL计),标准溶液平行测定的RSD分别为12.2％和5.6％,基体加标回收率分别为79.6％～90.1％和98.5％～104％.%The fipronil and admire in water sample were determined by gas chromatograph with nitrogen-phosphorus detector (NPD-GC) using dichloromethane as extractant to observe the influence of acid and alkali extraction conditions. The results showed that the good linear ranges were 1.00 mg/L - 20. 0 mg/L for fipronil and 0. 500 mg/L ~ 10. 0 mg/L for admire. The detection limits were 0. 018 mg/L and 0. 004 mg/L ( sample volume 200 mL and extractant volume 5 mL) , RSD of parallel standard solution from 12. 2% and 5.6%, recoveries of matrix from 79.6% to 90. 1% and from 98.5% to 104% for fipronil and admire, respectively.
