通过建立实验模型分别研究了工作电压、入口风速、开孔率和电晕线数对嵌入式电袋复合除尘器除尘效率的影响.通过对比优化得出复合除尘器的最佳结构参数,以及较优的工作电压和入口风速,并对优化后的复合除尘器进行分级效率测定,结果表明:随着开孔率的增加,除尘效率先减小后增大,当开孔率为0.356时复合除尘效率最高;在一定范围内,随着工作电压的增大除尘效率升高,当工作电压为40 kV时,除尘效率高达97.1%;电晕线数对除尘效率影响较大,当电晕线数为7时除尘效率最好;在最佳结构参数和最优操作条件下,复合除尘器对PM2.5的去除效率高达92.4%,比相同实验条件下单一电除尘器提高11%.%An experimental model was established to research the effect of working voltage , entrance veloci-ty, porosity , corona wire number on the dust removal efficiency of embedded electrostatic-fabric integrated pre-cipitator .The optimal structure parameters of the integrated precipitator were obtained , and the working voltage and entrance velocity were optimized as well .The classification efficiency of the optimized integrated precipitator was tested .The experimental results showed that with the increase of the aperture ratio , the dust removal effi-ciency increased first and decreased later .When the opening porosity was 0 .356 , the combined dust removal ef-ficiency reached to maximum .Within a certain range , the dust collection efficiency increased with the working voltage rising.When the voltage was 40 kV, the dust removal efficiency was 97.1%.The corona line had great influence on dust removal .When the corona line number was 7, the combined dust removal efficiency reached to maximum.Under the optimal structure parameters and the optimal operating conditions , the removal efficiency of PM2.5 was 92.4%.In the same experimental conditions , the removal efficiency increased by 11%compared to the electrical precipitator .
