农地非农化过程中的社会风险问题研究

摘要

The land conversion is the country＇s economic development and urbanization process of an inevitable social phenomenon.However,if the peasants can not effectively carry out proper arrangements,adapt to the social life in the city,which will intensify social contradictions and social instability factors.Therefore,reforming and perfecting China＇s land requisition system,proper coordination of rural land to city land use,improving utilization of land resources,these ways benefit to build farmer land rights and interests protection mechanism,avoid farmland conversion brought about many social risk.%农地非农化是国家经济发展和城市化进程中必然会出现的一种社会现象。但是,如果不能有效地对失地农民进行妥善安置,使其适应城市社会生活,就会激化社会矛盾,产生社会不稳定因素。因此,需要通过进一步改革并完善我国征地制度,妥善协调农村土地转化为城市用地过程中的利益分配关系,提高土地资源利用率等途径来构建农民土地权益保护的长效机制,规避农地非农化所带来多种社会风险。
