在金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)常规栽培料中分别添加0.5%、1%、1.5%,2%、3%贝壳粉,测定金针菇的栽培料pH值变化、菌丝生长速度、菌丝长势和子实体产量。结果表明,栽培料 pH 值随贝壳粉含量的增加而增加,在栽培料中添加贝壳粉,能显著缩短菌丝满袋时间,提高子实体产量,其中添加1.5%贝壳粉的处理菌丝满袋时间最短,子实体产量最高。%A basic substrate for cultivating Flammulina velutipes containing 40% corn cobs,12% wheat bran, 10% cotton seed hulls and 38% rice bran was modified by replacing 0.5%,1%,1.5%,2% and 3% of the rice bran component with the same percentage of oyster shell meal.Increasing concentrations of shell meal increased the substrate pH value.Mycelial growth rates were significantly faster,the time for complete substrate colonization was shorter,and fruit body yields were higher on substrates containing shell meal compared with controls.Complete substrate colonization was achieved most rapidly (12 d),and F.velutipes fruit body yields were highest (376 g/bag),when a substrate containing 1.5% shell meal was used for cultivation.
