稻草添加量对香菇性状的影响

     

摘要

In order to address the potential adverse impact on forest resources of using sawdust as the main ingredient of substrates used to cultivate Lentinula edodes,we have determined the effects of substituting different amounts of readily available rice straw (10%,20%,30% and 40%) for sawdust in a conventional cultivation substrate formula consisting of 80% oak sawdust,18.8% bran,1% gypsum and 0.2% lime (55%water content) on mycelial growth and selected fruit body parameters of L.edodes strains QZ7 and JX4.Artificial logs produced using rice straw-containing substrates were softer in consistency compared with controls,and more rapid mycelial growth and earlier fruiting was recorded with both test strains.Biological Efficiency (BE) values and average yields for the two strains were highest on substrates containing 10% rice straw,although the protein,crude fiber and ash contents of fruit bodies were not significantly different to levels found in controls.However,BE values decreased with increasing rice straw substitution.In the case of strain QZ7,no significant differences in terms of pileus thickness and weight were observed between controls and mushrooms grown on formula DC2 (straw substitution ratio 20%),whereas all the tested parameters of strain JX4 fruit bodies grown on formula DC1 (straw substitution ratio 10%) were significantly superior compared with controls.Primordia of both strains were evident earlier on rice-containing substrates,especially in the case of QZ7 (3-9 days earlier) compared with controls.%用10%、20%、30%、40%稻草分别替代常规配方(80%栎木屑、18.8%麸皮、1%石膏、0.2%石灰、料水比1∶1.2)中栎木屑,研究不同配方对香菇(Lentinula edodes)两个菌株(秋栽7号、久香4号)栽培性状的影响.在所有添加稻草的配方中,香菇菌丝长速明显快于对照,能正常转色,出菇时间提前,但菌棒硬度降低.当稻草替代量为10% (DC1)时,两个香菇菌株的生物学效率和平均单袋产量均最高,且超过对照;而子实体蛋白质、粗纤维和灰分含量等与对照无显著性差异.在菌盖厚度、质量、直径等正向指标方面,秋栽7号在配方DC2(稻草替代量20%)和对照中表现一致,久香4号在配方DC1中显著优于对照;在菌柄长度、质量两个负向指标上,两个菌株在对照与所有处理之间均没有显著差异.随着稻草添加比例的增加,香菇栽培生物学效率降低.在稻草替代量相同的配方中,两个供试菌株的表现并不完全一致,秋栽7号现蕾时间较久香4号提前0.5~5.8 d.
