不同产地玉竹黄酮提取物体外抗氧化活性研究

摘要

以芦丁为参照,利用DPPH比色法和总还原能力测定法,对不同产地玉竹药材总黄酮体外抗氧化能力进行比较研究.结果表明:(1)不同产地玉竹总黄酮提取物对DPPH自由基均有较好的清除作用,但各样品间存在一定差异,在浓度为0.5 g·L-1时,山东泰安、安徽六安产玉竹黄酮DPPH清除作用达到最强,与芦丁相比无显著差异;(2)不同产地玉竹黄酮总还原能力随着浓度的增加而线性增加,在测试浓度范围内所有玉竹黄酮样品铁氰化钾总还原能力均低于芦丁,差异显著;(3)以IC50作为判定抗氧化活性强弱的综合指标,分析显示,10个不同产地中以山东泰安、辽宁绥中、湖南新邵、山东青岛、安徽六安等5地产玉竹样品的体外抗氧化能力相对较强.%In vitro antioxidative activities of flavonoids extracts from Polygonatum odoratum collected in different regions of China were investigated by employing both DPPH scavenging assay and recovery ability with rutin as control. The results showed that (1)there were antioxidative activity differences among all samples though they all could eliminate free radicals. When the extract concentration reached 0.5 g · L-1 ,both Taian and Liuan samples exhibited best activities but no significance with control rutin; (2)All samples displayed positive correlation between recovery ability and flavonoid concentration, but the recovery ability of all samples were significantly lower than that of rurin; (3)Among ten regions,those samples collected from Taian, Suizhong, Xinshao,Qingdao and Liuan were found having relatively higher antioxidative activity when using IC50 value as an index.
