履带车辆行驶循环的构建方法研究

     

摘要

基于行驶循环工况的仿真分析可以为履带车辆动力传动系统匹配提供新的技术手段,针对某履带车辆试车场的试验数据,提出了一种履带车辆行驶循环的构建方法.应用小波变换方法对试验数据进行了滤波处理.定义试车场一次整圈试验为一个运动学样本,通过统计学的相关性分析和速度-加速度概率分布分析,选出最接近样本集合的代表样本.试车场行驶循环由代表样本的车速-时间和高度-水平距离组成.应用AVLCruise整车仿真软件计算了在该行驶循环条件下的燃油消耗量和变速箱输出轴转矩.仿真与实验结果对比燃油消耗量的偏差在5%范围内,仿真值与试验值的分布趋势一致.%The simulation based on driving cycle is a new way for tracked vehicle powertrain system matching. Based on the experimental data of a field test, a method for the construction of tracked vehicle driving cycle is proposed. The experimental data is filtered by the wavelet transform method. A circle experimental data is defined as a kinematic specimen. A representative specimen is chosen through the correlation analysis and the speed-acceleration probability distribution analysis. The driving cycle is composed of the speed-time data and altitude-distance data of the representative specimen. The fuel consumption and the output torque of the gearbox in the case of the driving cycle are calculated by AVLCruise simulation software. The difference between the simulated and test fuel consumption values is below 5% . The distributions of the simulated and test data show a similar trend. It is proved that the driving cycle is reasonable and the construction method is feasible.
