土壤有效磷对茄子(Solanun melongena L.)品质的影响

             

摘要

A soil pot experiment was conducted at suburb of Hangzhou , Zhejiang, China in 2012 to determine the rela-tionship between soil available phosphorus ( Olsen-P) contents and eggplant fruit qualities by 10 types of curve regres-sion equation .The results showed that the solidity of eggplant fruits significantly increased as increasing Olsen -P con-tents.The protein contents in the eggplant fruits significantly reduced as increasing Olsen-P contents (55-202 mg· kg-1 ) .Rutin contents in the eggplant fruit significantly reduced as increasing Olsen-P contents (77-202 mg· kg-1 ) . The maximum contents of protein and rutin were obtained from Olsen-P at 55 and 77 mg· kg-1 , respectively .It is not necessary to apply phosphate fertilizer to the soil when Olsen-P exceeds 77 mg· kg-1 .%2012年采用土壤盆栽试验,在杭州市郊进行土壤有效磷含量(Olsen-P)对茄子品质影响的研究,并比较了10种茄子品质曲线回归方程。结果表明:有效磷含量(20~202 mg· kg-1范围内)与茄果硬度、蛋白质和芦丁含量之间最优曲线方程分别是S曲线方程、三次曲线方程和三次曲线方程,即硬度随土壤有效磷含量增加而显著增加;在有效磷20~55 mg· kg-1范围内蛋白质含量随土壤有效磷含量增加而显著增加,而有效磷在55~202 mg· kg-1范围内蛋白质含量随土壤有效磷含量增加而显著减少;在有效磷含量20~77 mg· kg-1范围内芦丁含量随土壤有效磷含量增加而显著增加,而在有效磷77~202 mg· kg-1范围内芦丁含量随土壤有效磷含量增加而显著减少,即当土壤有效磷含量达到55或77 mg· kg-1时,茄果中蛋白质或芦丁含量达最大值。在此类土壤种植物茄子时,在土壤有效磷>77 mg· kg-1时,建议不施用磷肥。
