浅议土地流转引发粮食安全隐患及对策

摘要

土地问题是“三农”问题的核心.通过对土地流转中的粮食安全隐患进行深入分析,提出了土地流转下保障粮食安全的对策建议.%The land issue is the core of the "three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers". This paper put forward the countermeasures for guaranteeing the food security under the condition of land transfer through the deep analysis of food security risks caused by land transfer.
