农村基层干部“三度螺旋”培养机制研究--基于安徽省大学生村官的调查

         

摘要

近年来,党和政府积极鼓励大学生到农村地区担任村官,支援国家“三农”建设。由于目前的村官培养机制存在一些不足,导致在大学生村官培养上出现了培训、任职和出路等方面的问题,无法实现大学生村官计划预期的目标。对大学生村官实行“三度螺旋”培养模式,是促进大学生村官多元化发展、解决大学生村官出路问题的必然选择;建立大学生村官“三度螺旋”培养体系也是一个需要多方协作的长期过程。%In recent years, the Communist Party and Chinese government actively encourage college graduates to work in coun -tryside as village officials, in order to support the construction of “Farmer, Agriculture, and Countryside” in China.Due to some shortages in the cultivating mechanism of village officials at present , there are many problems in the training, office-taking and fu-ture career development of college -graduate village officials, which are beyond their expectations .In order to promote the diverse de-velopment of college-graduate village officials, and to solve the problem of their future career plan , implementing the triple-spiral cultivating mode for them is indispensable .Constructing the triple-spiral cultivating system of college -graduate village officials is al-so a long course in which multipartite cooperation is needed .
