rDNA ITS序列在果树真菌病害研究中的应用

The author introduces the structure, characteristics and analysis technical principle of rDNA ITS ( Internal Tran-scribed Spacer) sequence, summarizes the application of rDNA ITS sequence in the studies on the fungal diseases of fruit tree, such as the genetic relationships among various pathogenic fungal species, the detection of pathogenic fungi, and the identification of un-known pathogenic fungi, and finally discusses the applied prospects of rDNA ITS sequence.%介绍了rDNA ITS序列的结构和特点、分析技术原理。在此基础上综述了rDNA ITS序列在果树真菌病害种间亲缘关系研究、果树病原真菌的检测以及未知菌的鉴定等方面的应用，同时对其应用前景进行了展望。
