基于 TOPSIS法和聚类分析法的树莓品种的综合评价

         

摘要

By using TOPSIS method and clustering analysis method simultaneously , the author comprehensively evaluated 18 raspberry (Rubus L.) varieties, and screened out the dominant provenances in different taxa .The results of comprehensive evalua-tion by TOPSIS method showed that the top 9 dominant varieties were all distributed in group I or group IV;group I included Feng-manhong , Boysen and No-thorn black raspberry , and they ranked second , eighth and first , respectively;group IV was composed of Chilcotin, Willamette, Reville, Tulameen, Vera and Kredo, and they ranked fifth, third, sixth, fourth, ninth and seventh, respec-tively.The results of clustering analysis indicated that group I had the farthest genetic relationship with group IV .Thus, conducting raspberry hybridization between the dominant varieties in group I and the dominant varieties in group IV could screen out dominant hybrid offspring more easily .%利用Topsis法和聚类分析法优势互补的特点,对18个树莓品种进行了综合评价,筛选出不同类群内优势种源,结果表明:在TOPSIS综合评价中,排在前9位的优势品种都分布在第I类群和第IV类群中。在第I类群中有Fengman-hong、Boysen、No-thorn black raspberr ,在 TOPSIS 综合评价中分别居第2、第8、第1位;在第 IV 类群中有 Chilcotin、Willamette、Reville、Tulameen、Vera、Kredo,在TOPSIS 综合评价中分别居第5、3、6、4、9、7位。由聚类分析可知,第I类群和第IV类群的亲缘关系最远,如果用第I类群中的优势种源与第IV类群中的优势种源进行杂交组合设计,更容易在今后的育种工作中选出优势的杂交后代。
