叶面喷施生理阻隔剂阻控农产品中重金属的积累因喷施简单、成本低,是近年来被建议的农田重金属污染治理的一项实用技术,但其效果稳定性尚不清楚.选择了2种污染土壤,同时开展田间小区和盆栽试验,比较研究了5种叶面肥在田间小区试验与盆栽试验中控制水稻籽粒重金属积累效果的差异.结果表明,降低效果一般以硅-硒复合溶液为最高,其次为正硅酸乙酯稀溶液和硅酸钠稀溶液,稀土溶液的效果为最低.但试验也表明,田间试验中喷施叶面肥降低谷物中重金属含量的效果一般要比盆栽试验低,前者降低谷物中Cd、Cu、Pb、As和Hg含量的比例平均分别比后者低7.72%、5.65%、5.85%、7.74%和3.21%.%Applying foliar physiological barrier agents to prevent and control the accumulation of heavy metals in agricultural products is a simple way with low cost,and it has been proposed as an operative technology to control heavy metal pollution in farmland in recent years. However,the stability of the effect is not clear yet. Through the field experiment and pot experiment with contaminated soils,the author compared and studied the controlling effects of five kinds of foliar fertilizer on the accumulation of heavy metals in rice grains. The results showed that the silicon-selenium composite solution generally had the best effect of reduc-ing heavy metal accumulation in rice grains,which was followed by the dilute solution of tetraethyl orthosilicate and the dilute so-lution of sodium silicate,while the rare earth solution had the worst effect. In addition,spraying foliar fertilizer in field experiment generally had worse effects of reducing heavy metal accumulation in rice grains than that in pot experiment,and the reduction rate of Cd,Cu,Pb,As and Hg content in rice grain in the former experiment was respectively 7.72%,5.65%,5.85%,7.74% and 3.21% lower than that in the latter experiment.
