同时蒸馏萃取GC/MS分析秘鲁浸膏中的香气成分

     

摘要

The volatile aromatic components in Peru balsam were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction, and their kinds and contents were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and were identified and quantitatively analyzed by searching spectra library, referring related literatures, and using internal standard method.A total of 58 kinds of volatile aromatic components were identified in Peru balsam.Among them, the esters accounted for 61.58% of the total content, and they were mainly benzylbenzoate and benzylcinnamate;the acids accounted for 16.86% of the total content, and they mainly included cinnamicacid and benzoicacid;benzyl alcohol content was the highest among alcohol compounds, and it accounted for 8.37 % of the total content.Among aldehyde compounds, the content of ethyl vanillin and vanillin was higher, being 4.88% and 4.09 %, respectively.The key aroma component in Peru balsam was benzylbenzoate, and it could be used as the main characteristic of aroma component identification.The results of this study can provide data references for the study, development and application of aroma substances in Peru balsam.%利用同时蒸馏萃取提取秘鲁浸膏中的香气成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行检测,分析秘鲁浸膏中的香气成分的种类及含量,并利用谱库检索及相关文献对浸膏成分进行鉴定分析,内标法定量.结果表明:秘鲁浸膏中共鉴定出58种香气成分,其中酯类含量最高,占总含量的61.58%,主要有苯甲酸苄酯和肉桂酸苄酯;其次是酸类,占总含量的16.86%,主要有肉桂酸和苯甲酸;醇类中含量高的主要是苄醇,占总含量的8.37%,醛类代表有乙基香兰素(4.88%)和香兰素(4.09%).秘鲁浸膏中的关键香气成分为苯甲酸苄酯,可作为香气品种鉴定的主要特征,为秘鲁浸膏香气成分的工艺研究及开发应用提供参考.
