西部农村公共文化服务体系建设现状与发展对策研究

摘要

Through referring to a large number of document literatures , the author describes the current situation of rural pub-lic cultural service system construction in western areas of China , analyzes the existent problems ( such as uneven development , single products, insufficient fund guarantee, and lack of talents) in the construction of rural public cultural service system in west-ern areas, and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:making clear the served main objects, and safeguard-ing the citizen ’ s cultural rights; constructing multilevel and diversified service system; implementing the intensification of resource allocation, and improving the infrastructure construction; strengthening the construction of rural cultural talent team .%通过大量文献资料，阐述了西部农村地区公共文化服务体系建设的现状，对西部农村公共文化服务体系建设存在的发展不均衡、产品单一、资金保障不足、人才缺乏等问题进行了分析，提出了明确服务主体对象、保障公民文化权利；建设多层次、多元化服务体系；集约化资源配置、完善基础设施建设；加强农村文化人才队伍建设的对策建议。
