青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房的原因分析及处理体会

摘要

目的:探讨青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房形成的原因及处理.方法:对298例314眼青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房的45眼病例资料进行回顾分析.结果:314眼小梁切除术后有45眼发生浅前房,发生率为14.3%.浅前房的主要原因为:滤过过强26眼(57.8%),结膜瓣渗漏 8眼(17.8%),脉络膜脱离9眼(20%)和恶性青光眼2眼(4.4%).结论:青光眼术后浅前房是一种常见并发症,针对其发生原因采取相应的处理可以预防或避免浅前房的发生.%Objective:In investigate the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy for glaucoma. Methods: A total of 298 glaucoma patients underwent trabeculectomy, and the causes of shallow anterior chamber were reviewed in 45 eyes out of total 314. Results : Postoperatively,shallow anterior chamber occurred in 45 of the total 314 eyes(14. 3%), and the causes were associated with excessive filtrations (26 eyes,57.8%), conjunctival flap leakages(8 eyes,17.8%),choroi-dal detachments(9 eyes, 4.4%) and malignant glaucoma(2 ,4. 4%). Most shallow anterior chambers were effectively improved after appropriate treatment. Conclusion:Shallow anterior chamber is a usual complication after traileculectomy, yet, it can be avoided or improved if reasonable measures have been effectively taken.
