This paper counts and analyzes the relevant safety accidents of power plant boilers based on the safety status of China's power plant boilers. Through the statistical analysis of the relevant literature and data on the case of boiler accidents in power plants in China for more than a decade, the paper analyzes possible factors like human, equipment, environment, and management that may cause safety accidents in the power plant boilers scientifically, rationally and detailedly. It points out the main causes of boiler accidents in power plants, sums up the characteristics of boiler accidents in power plants, and provides useful theoretical and practical basis for preventing and suppressing safety accidents in power plant boilers, which has guiding significance for safe operation of power plant boilers.
