护生核心自我评价与职业自我概念及生活满意度的关系

             

摘要

Objective:To assess the relation of core self-evaluation with calling self-concept and life satisfaction in nursing undergraduates as well as the mediating effect of sense of calling on the self-concept on and life satisfaction.Methods:A survey was conducted in 605 nursing undergraduates with Core Self-evaluations Scale(CSES),Chinese Calling Scale(CCS),Nurses Self-Concept Instrument(NCSI) and Satisfaction With the Life Scale(SWLS).Results:Female students had higher scores on CSS and NSCI than male counterparts(t=2.783,t=2.647,respectively,P<0.01).Core self-evaluation,self-concept on calling and sense of calling were positively correlated with life satisfaction in all subjects,with correlation coefficient ranging from 0.219 to 0.434(all P<0.001).Sense of calling was found to partially mediate the core self-evaluation,self-concept on calling and life satisfaction.Conclusion:Core self-evaluation outcomes have the straightforward ability to predict self-concept on calling and life satisfaction,whereas appraisal of sense of calling may indicate the self-concept on calling and life satisfaction level in indirect manner in nursing undergraduates.%目的:探索护生核心自我评价与职业自我概念、生活满意度的关系及职业使命感在核心自我评价和职业自我概念、生活满意度间的中介作用.方法:对605名在校本科护生采用核心自我评价量表(CSE)、护士职业自我概念量表(NSCI)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)、职业使命感量表(CCS)进行调查.结果:女生的职业使命感和职业自我概念得分高于男生(t=2.783、2.647,P<0.01),护生的核心自我评价、职业自我概念、职业使命感、生活满意度之间互相呈正相关,相关系数r在0.219~0.434间,P均<0.001;职业使命感在核心自我评价和职业自我概念、生活满意度之间均存在显著的部分中介效用.结论:护生的核心自我评价直接预测职业自我概念和生活满意度水平,能通过职业使命感间接预测职业自我概念和生活满意度水平.
