The deepening of political mutual trust and the pursuit to national interests promote the stable development of military cooperation between China and Russia, and nowadays the two countries have formed the military cooperation relationship integrating military politics, military technology and military actions. In the future, the military cooperation between the two countries will have the following characteristics: firstly, more active cooperation willingness; secondly, more equal cooperation relationship; thirdly, more sensitive cooperation subjects. Currently, the major existing problems and possible barriers in the military cooperation filed of China and Russia are: the mutual trust between the two is still insufficient, the concrete ways of military technology cooperation still need to be improved, and China and Russia will form competitive relationship in the weapon export market. In the future, the military cooperation with Russia must be guided with the new safety outlook, take the national interests as the fundamental starting point and end result, and abide by the principles of equality and mutual respect. Only in this way, could the mutual benefit and win-win result can be achieved. Ultimately, the independence and innovation are the fundamental principles of modern construction of armed forces.%政治互信的加深和对国家利益的追求促进了中俄军事合作的稳步发展，目前两国已形成了军事政治、军事技术和军事行动“三合一”的军事合作关系。今后两国军事合作将具有以下特点：一是合作意愿更加主动，二是合作关系更加平等，三是合作课题更加敏感。目前中俄在军事合作领域主要存在的问题和可能的障碍有：双方互信度仍显不够，军事技术合作的具体方式还有待改进以及中俄未来将在武器出口市场形成竞争关系。今后开展对俄军事合作必须以新安全观为指导，以国家利益作为开展军事合作的根本出发点和归宿，遵循平等合作、相互尊重的原则，唯有如此，才能切实做到互利共赢。归根结底，独立自主、开拓创新才是军队现代化建设的根本原则。
