政府信息公开工作初次年度报告的若干特点

摘要

The characteristics of the 2008 annual report of disclosure of gonvernment information reveal the true implementing situations of supervison system and overall information disclosure. And it is necessary to strenghten the punctuality, standardization and authenticity of annual report. Besides, although information disclosure has made great progress, serious problems still remain,such as lack of public participation and rcvelant baisc systems and so on. It is the key to promote the disclosure of government information that senior leaders pay more attention, the relevant basic systems are soon established and the public cconseiously take part in it.%已经公布的政府信息公开工作年度报告.大致反映出政府信息公开法制的实施概况和信息公开监督保障制度的落实情况.报告的时效性、规范性、真实性有待加强;虽然总体上说信息公开取得了显著成就,但公众参与程度不高、欠缺配套保障制度等问题也十分突出.领导重视、配套制度建设,尤其是公众自觉参与,是进一步推进信息公开的关键.
