论当下中国志愿文化的兴起与发展--兼论中国优秀传统文化与西方进步文化的融通与结合

摘要

随着国内经济社会发展的需要，伴随西方文明思潮的影响，志愿者活动在中国逐步兴起和发展。“volun-teers”虽然是舶来品，然其核心精神“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”与中国传统文化中儒、墨、道、佛所蕴含的“仁爱”“兼爱”“行善”“布施”相呼应。志愿文化是推动社会发展、进步的巨大精神力量，志愿者活动是弘扬社会主义核心价值观的有效途径。但是，当下志愿者活动的发展面临一些困惑和挑战，如何实现传统文化与西方进步文化的融通，丰富当下中国志愿文化的内涵，具有现实性和重要性。%With the demand of domestic economic and social development and the introduction of Western civilization,volunteer activities are on the rise and development in China.“Volunteers”is an exotic term,but its core spirits of“dedication,kind-ness,mutual help and progress”echo with the concepts of“benevolence”,“universal love”,“good”and“giving”contained in the Chinese traditional culture of Confucianism,Mohsim,Taoism and Buddhism.Volunteer culture is the great spiritual power to promote social development and progress,and volunteer activities are an effective way to carry forward the socialist core values. However,the development of current volunteer activities in China are confronted with some confusion and challenges.Thus,it is of practical significance to explore the integration of Chinese traditional culture and Western progressive culture and enrich the connotations of contemporary Chinese volunteer culture.
